It has been a pleasure designing for you! My hope is that I've created a living area that you love and are excited to see come together. From your inspiration images, it seems you like an antique/vintage style armchair and I think they look beautiful in your space. This lighter style chair will help balance the heavier items in the room. These would probably be pretty easy to turn around and look out the window. Please check out the shopping list because I have added some alternate swivel options along with some that have rollers on the front of the chairs. For the sofa, I think a warm gray color with a rounded arm would look really nice and clean.

For the lighting, I kept your existing floor lamp by the leather chair and added a lampshade that is lighter in color. I chose a mercury glass table lamp for the window for a lighter look and brings in some gray to balance with the color of the sofa. I placed a torchiere floor lamp for the corner in a brushed steel finish that I think would balance with your fan and bring in more overall light.
