I love how you currently have a tray for bottles in the center. I included two options for new trays. I like it centered in the middle of the console like you currently have.

I would do a grouping of 3 jars on one side of the tray. I've included several I think would look great!

Flank your mirror with a candle sconce. I love these because you get the look of a sconce without the hassle of dealing with wires or getting an electrician. I would hang them at the same height as your mirror, so that the top of the sconce is roughly in line with the top of the mirror.

I do love your current topiaries but I included two options for plants that are a bit bigger.
If you go with the option on the left, flank either side of the tray with the plant. If you go with option two on the right, place the plant in the center of the console between the lamps.

This option has a beautiful orchid centered on the console table with a crystal table lamp on each side. I placed two William and Sonoma Abstract Prints on each side of your mirror, which tie in perfectly with the color of your console table! I would recommend centering the prints with the middle of the mirror and spacing them about 2-4" apart and also 2-4" from the edge of the mirror.
